Job Requirements:
-Experience: 0-2 Years Of Experience in a Sales Operations in Real Estate Field is pPreferable.
-Experience With The Internet, Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
Job Description:
• Responsible For The Issuance Of Sales Contracts.
• Follows Up The Sales Documentation in Case Of Booking, Reserving Or Buying Units For The Preparation Of The Contracts.
• Prepares and Sends Calculation heet To The Sales Member With Full Details About The Price Of The Unit and Terms Of Payment.
• Maintains an Audit File For Each Contract Which Will Include Original Contract, All Correspondence, Amendments, and Payment Schedules.
• Creates and Distributes Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reports.
