 administrative assistant to join the Sales & Marketing division.
Prerequisites
• Strong calendar management skills to oversee a hectic, ever-changing schedule
• Heavy travel coordination experience - domestic and international
• Excellent communication skills - be able to liaise on a daily basis with important internal executives as well as external clients
• Attention to detail, accuracy, enthusiasm, and a focus on maintaining confidentiality of all corporate matters.
• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 1-3 years progressive senior level executive experience
• Fluency in written and spoken English, Arabic, and French is mandatory
